Delivery times depend on your location. As a general guide: Europe: 6–9 days · USA & Canada: 8–12 days · Australia & Asia: 8–12 days · Rest of World: 10–12 days. All timeframes are calendar days from dispatch. You'll receive your tracking number within 24–48 hours of ordering.

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package in real time — every step from our warehouse to your door.

Customs duties and import taxes are determined by your country's regulations and are outside our control. The vast majority of our orders pass through customs without any fees. If any charges do apply, they are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact us if you have specific concerns about your country.

Completely. All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no brand name or indication of contents on the outside. Inside, your timepiece arrives in our signature gift box — pristine and ready to present.

Returns & Warranty

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a full refund or a free exchange — whichever you prefer. Return shipping is covered by us.

Our 2-year international warranty covers all manufacturing defects and mechanical faults — including movement issues, crown malfunctions, case defects, and strap hardware. Normal wear and accidental damage are not covered, but we'll always assess each case individually and do our best to help.

We're sorry — please email us at support@apolloni.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send you a replacement immediately at no cost and arrange collection of the damaged item.

Product & Quality

All Apolloni timepieces carry a 3ATM water resistance rating (30 metres), making them fully suitable for daily life — rain, handwashing, and light splashes. We recommend avoiding submersion, swimming, or showering with them, as prolonged water exposure can compromise the seals over time.

Our timepieces feature 316L surgical-grade stainless steel cases and bracelets, mineral crystal glass (or sapphire-coated glass on select models), and precise Japanese or Swiss quartz movements. Each element is selected for longevity, comfort, and aesthetic refinement.

Every Apolloni timepiece arrives in our signature luxury presentation box, complete with a polishing cloth, warranty card, and care instructions. It's designed to arrive ready to gift — no additional wrapping required.

Our metal bracelets are adjustable — links can be removed using a standard watch link removal tool (available at any watchmaker or jeweller for a small fee). Leather and mesh straps feature multiple buckle positions for a perfect fit. If you need guidance, we're happy to assist.

Wipe the case and bracelet with a soft dry cloth regularly. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, direct sunlight, or magnets. Keep away from perfumes and chemicals which can dull finishes. Store in the included box when not in use. With proper care, your Apolloni will look pristine for decades.

Orders & Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order enters fulfilment and we cannot guarantee changes. Please email support@apolloni.com immediately — we'll do everything possible to accommodate you.

Completely. Our store is powered by Shopify — the world's most trusted e-commerce platform — and all transactions are processed through PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways. Your data is encrypted end-to-end and never shared with third parties.

Every order already arrives in our premium gift box — no extra charge. If you'd like to include a personalised message card, simply add a note at checkout. We'll handwrite it and include it inside the box at no additional cost.

First, check your tracking link (sent by email). If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 days, or if your order has passed the 14-day mark without delivery, contact us immediately at support@apolloni.com. We'll investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement at no cost.
